Designing an effective monetization strategy

Last week I was invited in Skellefteå, Sweden to deliver a masterclass on monetization. This was part of  the Arctic Game Week and organized by Qvarken Game Industry and the Arctic Business Incubator – a great opportunity to meet many new game devs and get some insights into the Swedish and Finnish startup scene.

Below the slides to the masterclass. This masterclass was designed with me being there and talking about each point in mind. So if it all doesn’t make as much with only the slides please don’t hesitate to reach out!
